Up to 10 years limited warranty for residential systems (parts & compressor).
Up to 5 years limited warranty for commercial systems.
3-year unit replacement protection on select sealed components.
Warranty starts from the installation date (or 90 days after manufacture if not verified).
Must be installed and serviced by a licensed HVAC contractor.
Applies only to systems sold/installed in the U.S. and Canada with R-454B refrigerant (after Jan 1, 2025).
Coverage excludes damage from improper installation, lack of maintenance, misuse, or environmental factors.
